Return Policy

You can return any item for a refund/replacement within 30 days of placing your original order.

To return, you need to contact us at [email protected] to get detailed return instructions before sending any products back. 

Please note that we are not responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

To be able to help you in the best possible way, before trying to request a return, please send us a picture of the issue you are having and a video of the exact problem. For example, if you are having trouble connecting the booster, please send us a video detailing your steps. That would help us significantly in identifying the exact issue and determining whether there is a product defect. 

In case the video file is too big to be attached to the email, you can use other means, like wetransfer or dropbox.

Be aware that the following circumstances ARE NOT subject to returns: 

  • If the product returned is not in salable condition (scratches or animal bites, damages due to misuse, like broken plugs, antennas and so on, damages due to sharp objects, such as knives or any other third party damages).
  • 14 days have passed after the delivery date, and the reason for the return cannot be clearly identified (no cooperation for improving the product-related issues, no information, pictures, videos etc.).
  • 14 days have passed after delivery, and the product is not in its original packaging (the product should be unopened).

Financial compensation will NOT be applied in the following cases

  • In case of not cooperating with the carrier company (ex. refusing the order upon delivery, not collecting in cases when the carrier company cannot deliver the parcel, not providing necessary information or documentation to the carrier company).

All products being returned must be in their original condition with no scratches, dents, or other damage. 

All original items must be returned in the following way: 

  • Before shipping the product, you must send us a picture of the packed box so as the items in it are visible.
  • Returns must be placed in an outer shipping box to avoid any damage to the product packaging.
  • Please make sure to place the product like it was originally packed.
  • Order number must be precisely written on the outer shipping box.
  • Tracking number is required after shipping the returned product.

If you received your product damaged, please contact us for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This would not be considered a return. 

The return process may take from 2 to 6 weeks once we get your package at the fulfilment centre, inspect your return and complete your refund.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after the payment. 

Note: The free cancellation is not available after 24 hours. 20% charge will be applied when canceling within 2 business days after placing the order.
